Important Billing Considerations
Payment is collected at the time of service for all out-of-pocket services. We accept cash, debit/credit card, HSA, & FSA. We do not accept checks. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to private insurance upon request.
Ketamine for mood disorders cannot be billed to insurance unless your carrier has a published policy stating that they cover ketamine (e.g. BCBS of Massachusetts), you meet all necessary requirements, and a prior authorization is obtained.
The cash price for maintenance mood infusions is $375 unless you qualify for hybrid billing which could reduce out-of-pocket costs to $300. Please call for more information.
Consultations, Spravato, psychotherapy services, and provider visits may be billable through your insurance carrier. Any in-person, email or phone communication with a provider that exceeds 5 minutes may be billed to insurance. Deductible, co-insurance, and co-payment will apply per your policy.
We currently accept the following PPO plans: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and United Healthcare. We also accept Medicare, Blue Cross Community MMAI and Blue Cross Community Health Plans. Please call for more information regarding using your insurance plan.
Our therapists are here to support the healing process. Any interaction with psychotherapists greater than 15 minutes will be billed accordingly.
If you are having difficulty paying for your treatments, we do accept Advance Care (advancecarecard.com). We would be happy to discuss this healthcare financing option with you.
