Ketamine for mood disorders and Wellness visits are not billed to insurance. Payment is collected at the time of service. We accept cash, debit/credit card, HSA, & FSA. We do not accept checks. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to private insurance upon request.

Consultation, Spravato, psychotherapy services, and MD visits may be billable through your insurance carrier. Some chronic pain infusions may be billed but only if a prior authorization has been obtained. Deductible, co-insurance, and co-payment will apply per your policy.

We currently accept the following PPO plans: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and United Healthcare. We also accept Tricare and Medicare. Please call for more information regarding using your insurance plan.

Our therapists are here to support the healing process. Any interaction with psychotherapists greater than 15 minutes will be billed accordingly.

If you are having difficulty paying for your treatments, we do accept Advance Care (advancecarecard.com). We would be happy to discuss this healthcare financing option with you.

We appreciate our Veterans and are happy to accept Tricare for billable services. If you do not have Tricare or need financial assistance, please call our office to see how we can help.
